Reservations require your name, address, telephone number and deposit and are subject to our terms and conditions which are shown below.
When confirming a booking, a £ 70.00 deposit is requested.
The full balance of your stay is payable on departure. We do not accept credit cards so payment should be made by cheque or cash. Cheques should be made
payable to Tregye Farm House. Remittances must be made in pounds sterling.
In the event that you need to cancel and we are able to take another booking, your deposit will be returned. Retained deposits on cancellation may be
covered by your travel insurance.
We reserve the right to refuse any booking and, in exceptional circumstances, to cancel, modify or alter arrangements made for you. If we should need to
cancel the booking we will refund in full all monies paid to us by you. Responsibility and financial liability of Tregye Farm House shall be limited to
the return of monies received in the event of accommodation booked in good faith not being available owing to circumstances beyond our control.
The rooms are available from 4.00pm on the first day of the booking. If you are arriving after 6.30pm we should be grateful if you would let us know
beforehand. Rooms should be vacated by 11am on the day of departure.
There is parking available either on our paved parking areas or in the lane plus there is outside lighting with infrared detectors which will switch
certain lights on should you arrive in the dark. Vehicles are parked on our premises at the owner’s risk.
Breakfast is served up until 9.15 am in the guest lounge. We should be grateful if you would let us know the time you would like your breakfast served
the previous evening. If you have any special dietary requirements or food intolerances, please let us know prior to arrival so that we can cater for your needs.
Dinner is offered on Friday or Saturday evenings, if required, from £ 20.00 per person for two courses. As we do not hold a drinks licence, guests
are welcome to bring their own wine to accompany meals taken in the dining area. So that the produce is as fresh as possible, we request that guests
give at least 24 hours notice so that we can discuss the menu in the morning.
For the comfort of all guests we operate a non−smoking policy, though you are welcome to smoke in the garden.
We regret that no pets are permitted, other than assistance dogs.
As we have no family rooms, we are unable to accommodate children under the age of sixteen.
Tregye Farm House is not to be held responsible for the loss of any valuables or property left on or around the premises at any time and are not liable
for any damage, expense, accident, injury or inconvenience whether to person or property which the visitor or any other person may suffer or sustain
whilst in or around the property arising out of or in respect of any booking. You must take all reasonable steps to ensure your own safety and that of
others whilst on the property.
We try to take every care to prepare our property to a standard whereby our visitors will enjoy their holidays. If a problem or cause for complaint
does arise, please let us know immediately. Every effort will then be made to assist you. It is frustrating for all parties if you write after your
holiday to tell us about a problem that could have been solved had we known at the time.
