We have two guest bedrooms, each offering deluxe ensuite facilities with underfloor heating.
Each room has a King-size Vi-Spring bed with cotton sheets, slippers, flat screen LCD TV with DVD and CD player, Nespresso coffee machine, tea making facilities and a hairdryer.
The ensuite bathrooms are fitted with power showers over bath and heated towel rails. Quality towels, towelling bath robes and toiletries are provided.
As we have no family rooms, we are unable to accommodate children.
The rooms are available from 3.30pm. If you are arriving after 6.30pm we should be grateful if you would let us know beforehand. Rooms should be vacated by 11am on the day of departure.
We are not yet able to accept Credit cards but payment can be made by cash or cheque.
The Garden Room has a southerly aspect overlooking the well established mature Cornish garden with its abundance of Rhododendrons and Camellias.
The Courtyard Room looks north across the pretty, well stocked courtyard garden.

| All rates are per room per night and include full Cornish breakfast. |

| A reduction of £ 10.00 per night can be made for stays of 3 nights or more. |

| Dinner on Friday or Saturday evenings from £ 18.00 per person. As we do not yet hold a drinks licence,
guests are welcome to bring their own wine to accompany meals taken in the dining area.

| When confirming a booking, a £ 55.00 deposit is requested.
In the event that you need to cancel and we are able to take another booking,
your deposit will be returned. (Retained deposits on cancellation may be covered by your travel insurance).
